• Exploration:

  • Sometimes I identify a gap in the market or customer need and come to you with an idea or you come to me with a defined idea. But I can also work with you using a structured framework such as the Blue Ocean Strategy to explore your company and market to ideate new opportunities.​

• Ideation:

  • Once a need and solution is identified I help to propose a potential new company, brand, or product and outline a project plan with required resources, costs, and revenue expectations. We can then conduct a build/buy/partner analysis to determine feasibility and next steps.​

• Build:

  • I help manage the process with internal and external resources to get you a minimally viable product for testing and validation. At this point the options get really exciting!
